Do you love Reward Fitness but can’t make it to the studio? No problem, you can have the Reward Fitness experience from the comfort of your own home, while the kids are napping, on your lunch break, before your work day or from afar! With our Virtual Membership you will have access to a library filled with hundreds of workout videos that require minimal equipment. You can watch the video whenever you’d like, and as many times as you’d like. Get a balanced workout routine with Body Sculpt, Sweat Sesh, 15 Min Tabata, Yoga & Pilates, Power Barre, Rip-it-up and more!  All you need is a yoga mat, and 1-2 sets of dumbbells, once you find yourself getting stronger, you can increase your dumbbell weight.

RIP-IT-UP

It's Friday, and we are going hard! This metabolic strength class will exhaust every muscle in your body. We start with a lower body circuit, then move onto the upper body and finish with core. Be prepared to feel every muscle in your body work.

Candlelight Deep Stretch is the perfect class to stretch your sore muscles. You can expect a relaxing, hands-on class where the instructor will assist you into a deeper stretch. This is not a yoga class.
