Virtual Membership!
Do you love Reward Fitness but can’t make it to the studio? No problem, you can have the Reward Fitness experience from the comfort of your own home, while the kids are napping, on your lunch break, before your work day or from afar! With our Virtual Membership you will have access to new workout videos daily from Monday- Friday. You can watch the video whenever you’d like, and as many times as you’d like. As a Virtual Member you will have access to a library filled with hundreds of workout videos that require minimal equipment. All you need is a yoga mat, and 1-2 sets of dumbbells, once you find yourself getting stronger, you can increase your dumbbell weight.
We offer two options for you to choose from:
- 3 Month Virtual Membership: $39.99 per month for 3 months
- 1 Year Virtual Membership: $31.99 per month for 1 year

Build strength, stability and muscle tone with slow and controlled movements targeting your entire body. This class will leave your muscles feeling WORKED.

All about that bass! Grow, tone, and shape your booty with squats, band work and a series of exercises targeting your booty.

RIP-IT-UP
It's Friday, and we are going hard! This metabolic strength class will exhaust every muscle in your body. We start with a lower body circuit, then move onto the upper body and finish with core. Be prepared to feel every muscle in your body work.

POWER BARRE
Whip your entire frame into shape with a challenging, Barre-inspired bootcamp workout fueled by high-energy music, weights, and heart-pumping cardio.

WHAT TO EXPECT
MAT PILATES
Pilates is a movement system designed to strengthen the total body, mobilize the spine, and lengthen the muscles. You’ll spend most of this low-impact workout on the mat, moving through a series of exercises to give you a full body workout. Pilates mat classes have a strong focus on core strength, endurance, and mobility and are excellent for both those working through injuries and those who are looking for a challenging workout. You’ll leave this class standing a little taller and feeling like you have worked hard!

YOGA & PILATES
Yoga & Pilates is a total body workout, lengthening and stretching toning and sculpting. A class that incorporates both Yoga and Pilates to stabilize your core and help improve your posture.

CANDLELIGHT DEEP STRETCH
Candlelight Deep Stretch is the perfect class to stretch your sore muscles. You can expect a relaxing, hands-on class where the instructor will assist you into a deeper stretch. This is not a yoga class.

THE SWEAT SESH
A no-nonsense workout, honing in on proper form while hitting every muscle and boosting your cardio! It will be sweaty - don't forget your water bottle.

SWEAT, STRETCH, MEDITATE
There is no better way to start your day than with this class combo. Prepare to be heated with this full body strength training workout, leading you into a restorative stretch focusing on functional movement at every joint. Wind down with a 15 minute guided meditation connecting your mind, body, and breath. This class will leave you feeling worked, calm and full of awareness.
