MEET THE REWARD FITNESS INSTRUCTORS

Founder / Owner Meray is the owner of Reward Fitness Studio. She started her personal training business, My Reward Fitness, in 2012 while she was earning her Bachelor’s in Human Kinetics and Psychology at TWU. Meray is passionate about helping both men and women fall in love with exercise, and adapt a healthy lifestyle. When Meray isn’t working at the studio, she is spending time with her husband Dallas and daughter Evangeline or working on her blog, merayfroese.com.

Fitness Instructor Shannon's passion is to teach you how to take control of your health and fitness by showing you how to overcome limitations with sustainable lifestyle changes. With every class, her goal is to tone and strengthen your body in a supportive, safe, and encouraging environment so that you can live, look, and feel your best.
Fitness Instructor Shannon's passion is to teach you how to take control of your health and fitness by showing you how to overcome limitations with sustainable lifestyle changes. Yoga Instructor Chelsea is a mindful minimalist, who advocates self-love; living life with her husband Derek, dog Ludo, family, friends, and some chickens. Previously, figure skating, ballet, long-distance running, and snowboarding were a big part of her life. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from UFV and her 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training from Zuna Yoga, in Bali. She aims to teach proper postures through strengthening tissue and increasing joint range while delivering it in an energizing, thoughtful and knowledgeable manner.

I first fell in love with Barre when visiting my sister in NYC, it was easy to love with the no impact, full body workout. I love what I do and I can't wait to meet you at the Barre!

Fitness Instructor Hi I’m Taylor! I am a competitively trained studio dancer and former BC Lions Cheerleader. After attending Fort Langley Fine Arts as a Dance Major, my passion for dance and fitness lead me to New York City to study Barre Fitness and TRX, which I fell in love with. I aim to bring joy and energy to every class, with the help of some great tunes. I can’t wait for you to join me!

Fitness Instructor Hi I’m Taylor! I am a competitively trained studio dancer and former BC Lions Cheerleader.
