Chelsea Henderson

Yoga Instructor Chelsea is a mindful minimalist, who advocates self-love; living life with her husband Derek, dog Ludo, family, friends, and some chickens. Previously, figure skating, ballet, long-distance running, and snowboarding were a big part of her life. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from UFV and her 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training from Zuna Yoga, in Bali. She aims to teach proper postures through strengthening tissue and increasing joint range while delivering it in an energizing, thoughtful and knowledgeable manner.
