Fitness Instructor Shannon's passion is to teach you how to take control of your health and fitness by showing you how to overcome limitations with sustainable lifestyle changes. With every class, her goal is to tone and strengthen your body in a supportive, safe, and encouraging environment so that you can live, look, and feel your best.

Shannon is a big fan of black coffee, penguins, and exploring new places. Besides her passions for health and fitness, Shannon loves to put healthy spins on traditional foods by making them with unprocessed, nutritious ingredients. She lives in Langley with her husband, who is her unofficial taste-tester and gracious participant in many of her at-home workouts.

She studied Kinesiology at Trinity Western University, earning her Bachelor’s Degree, before going on to complete her ACE Personal Training Certification and Precision Nutrition Coaching Certification. Since then she has been harnessing her skills as a trainer, nutrition coach, and corporate wellness consultant.
